These issues do not qualify for exchange or return, so please avoid purchasing if you are sensitive to these details. 2) If some materials are depleted and cannot be sourced, the components used in the keyring may be changed to different colors or shapes.

3) The helmet is attached to the doll's head and cannot be removed.

4) For models without a helmet, a hole is drilled into the doll's head to connect the ring, and it will be sent with adhesive. However, it may come off depending on usage, so please handle with care.

5) Repairs: Only applicable for damages occurring immediately after delivery (photo attachment required).
